Professional Staging
I will come to your home and work with you to stage it using your own furniture
and accessories. I will help you rearrange furniture, de clutter, box unneeded items,
and create curb appeal. If needed, we can also use additional accessories from my
inventory for a monthly fee.

Vacant Houses – Full or Partial
A highly recommended investment for any house; I will add stylish furnishings and accessories to create a desirable space that buyers will want to call their own.

The initial month which includes the design, install, removal, and first months rental of furniture and accessories averages around $200-$250 per room/area depending on the size of the rooms and furniture needs.

A one time delivery fee ranging from $150 - $275, rate based on delivery location and accessibility to staging area.

The following month’s rental of furniture and accessories are billed every 30 days from the initial staging date at 35% of the initial month’s rate.

Model Apartments
A highly recommended investment for any apartment complex, or vacant apartment, I will add stylish furnishings and accessories to create a desirable space that renters will want to call their own.

The initial month which includes the design, install, removal, and first months rental of furniture and accessories averages around $200-$250 per room/area depending on the size of the rooms and furniture needs.

A one time delivery fee ranging from $150 - $275, dependant up delivery location.

The following months rental of furniture and accessories are billed every 30 days from the initial staging date at 35% of the initial months rate.
